Jersey, Guernsey & The Isle of Man
Jersey and Guernsey are the Isle of Man are British Crown Dependencies. Jersey and Guernsey are located in the channel between UK and France and are called the “Channel Islands.”
Known for extreme due diligence, no matter how many documents we send them at first, the provider / government always asks for follow-up documents and clarifications.
They (along with Bermuda) are time-consuming, expensive, intrusive and the laws are much weaker for asset protection than Nevis and the Cook Islands. They are some of the first “offshore havens.” But they are like MySpace and Netscape. The may be “original” but they have been overrun by much better and cheaper competitors.
